Patti Smith

My classmates and I were shown Pattis Smith and her whiny voice as a lesson of "punk". Like the previous blog about the Ramones, Punk is not about the stile of clothes your wear, not the hair style you rock, not about how many piercings you have but The Press criticizing the bands or artist for their rebellious behavior. And I guess you could include Patti Smith as a punk because her voices does not do her justice. PLUS her Google picture is provocative. Seriously, search Patti Smith in Google and look to the right and you will see Patti Smith with a see through top. No bueno but somehow, it's still all bueno. I wasn't enjoying her music because its sounds like a jumbled load of whines. It's like a mix of strawberries and avocados but the main ingredient is soylent for the smoothie.
